As one of the leaders in the Franchise Broker training and development industry. The Franchise Broker Association wanted to revamp their online member portal to continue to provide their members with the tools they need to grow their business. The new portal not only provides brokers with details of hundreds of franchisees and training material but also allows members and franchisee representatives to communicate in the portal. They also wanted to provide their brokers with tools to have on their website, so I created them a API that allowed them to search their franchise list via a custom plugin.
